Korean Beacon was at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine, California on April 17, 2009.  As part of the Koreatown Youth and Community Center’s (KYCC) 2nd Annual Golf Classic, Se Ri Pak spent over 2 hours along with fellow LPGA golfer Young-A Yang teaching over 50 youth golf fundamentals and sharing her experiences as a professional golfer.  The event was part of a larger event held by the KYCC, whose programs and services are specifically directed towards recently-immigrated, economically-disadvantaged youth and their families who experience coping and adjustment difficulties due to language and cultural barriers.  Check out some of our video clips and photos from the event!
