If the cruel sun has got you begging for something cold this summer, you’ll find that Patbingsu is the next best thing to another Ice Age. Patbingsu (sweet red beans with shaved ice) is a popular Korean dessert often topped with ice cream, fruits, and condensed milk. It truly is all the Summer flavors you love piled into a bowl. The symbiosis between the milky shaved ice and sweet beans is likely to slap a smile on any eater’s face.

Patbingsu usually comes with a multitude of toppings such as fruity pebbles, mochi, and chocolate syrup, but feel free to add as many toppings as you’d like - the possibilities are endless!

Miss Coffee in Los Angeles makes scrumptious patbingsus with the perfect ice cream slush and fruit toppings. The cute little cafe serves up the monstrous bingus in flavors like vanilla, green tea and strawberry.
