ThanksgivingIt’s finally come, Thanksgiving, one of America’s favorite holidays.  Who doesn’t like a four day weekend?!  We can’t ignore the fact that it’s been a rough year with the recession still lingering and main street still struggling, but we can still count our blessings.  Thanksgiving is a day to pause and think about the many things we should be thankful for like health, family and friends.  I know many of you have kimchi next to the turkey but that’s what makes us Korean-American.  As we look back at this past year, we’re thankful for a lot of things and it starts with…

  • The people who helped us along the way and build Korean Beacon
  • The many new friends we made, and there were many
  • The people we interviewed and those who inspired us
  • The Korean-Americans who are making an impact
  • A full year of Korean Beacon!
