This is the best book I've read on the subject. Honest and written in a language I can understand.
Rating: 5 / 5

Why bash the kimchi donuts? If you went to a typical korean bakery/cafe you will see that this is nothing new. It's been a staple in the korean baked goods products for decades. Do your research before making a post. I think it's about time some of these American franchises caught onto the korean food craze. And naturally they will cater to the demographic. In Korea, kimchi is eaten with everything. But that's what makes dining in various regions so interesting. I wouldn't want to go to a Dunkin Donuts in South Korea to get your typical fried ball with custard squirted in the middle. Good marketing on D & D. Imagine Anthony Bourdain going to South Korea to go inside Dunkin Donuts to order a plain glazed donut. Nope! That would never make it onto the big screen.
