We all know Kim Jong-Il is crazy but now he wants to take down the world as he marches towards his death bed.  There have been reports that he had a stroke this year and that he was limited but apparently that’s only accelerated his craziness.  He set off a nuclear test over the weekend and launched five short-range missles.  And the latest is that Kim Jong-Il will launch an attack on South Korea if their ships are interfered with or inspected.

“Those who provoke [North Korea] once will not be able to escape its unimaginable and merciless punishment,” the North’s official news agency said.

To summarize it simply, it’s a game of chicken with Kim Jong-Il making his one last stand before falling into the grave.  He’s taking this “going to hell in a handbasket” way to far.  How is the world going to respond?  Another piece of paper known as a UN resolution saying  that they condemn the actions of North Korea – again for the 100th time.  By now all those resolutions could be piled up and bound and it would be thicker than an almanac.  Maybe it’s time that the world make a real stand.
